R. Thomas Bruguiere is an original founder of Crawford Thomas. Raised on a 300 year-old family farm and the son of a politician, his roots instilled the work ethic, character, and integrity needed to build an organization. A graduate of the University of Utah’s College of Humanities with a degree in Public Relations, Bruguiere worked as the leading Account Executive for the Daily Utah Chronicle and The Salt Lake City Weekly during college, breaking numerous sales records at both publications. Post-graduation, Bruguiere became Head of Recruiting for a nationwide consumer finance corporation, overseeing recruiting efforts for its Maryland, Philadelphia, Virginia, Denver and Utah offices, successfully staffing all five locations and eliminating company turnover. Bruguiere’s talents in recruiting, hiring and developing employees are invaluable to Crawford Thomas clients and candidates. His interests include golfing, fishing, surfing, staying active, and spending time with family.
